Our promise to parents

You only pay for advice that arrives.

  • Fee and reply time before you pay

Every doctor page shows the price, the reply promise and the opening hours. Nothing is added later.

  • Full refund if no reply in time

If the doctor does not accept your case in time, or the case is cancelled before they reply, we refund the full fee to your BCEL account.

  • A person reads every complaint

Report a problem from the app. Our team reviews the chat and answers within 1 working day. Doctors who fall below our standards are coached or suspended.

Find a doctor

Doctors appear here when they have agreed to be listed. Until then, your doctor sends you a hellodr.la link on WhatsApp.

How it works

From your doctor's WhatsApp to a structured consultation in four steps.

  1. Open your doctor's link

Your doctor sends you a hellodr.la link on WhatsApp, or find one here.

  2. Describe what is happening

Add your child, the symptoms, and photos or a short video.

  3. Pay the doctor on the website

You see the fee and reply time first, then pay with BCEL OnePay.

  4. Continue in the app

Sign in with the same number. Your consultation opens automatically.

The app has no in-app purchases. Consultations are paid directly to the doctor on hellodr.la before the case reaches the app.

Questions parents ask

How do I pay?

You pay with BCEL OnePay on hellodr.la. The doctor's fee and reply time are shown before you pay. Follow-up questions in the chat are included.

What if the doctor does not reply in time?

The reply clock runs only during the doctor's consultation hours shown before payment. If a doctor does not reply in time, our support team follows up.

Can I get a refund?

If a paid case is cancelled before the doctor replies, we refund the full fee by bank transfer. Contact support@hellodr.la.

What if I am not happy with a consultation?

In the app, open the consultation and tap Report a problem. Choose what went wrong and, if you want, ask for a refund. A person on our team reads the chat and answers within 1 working day.

How are ratings checked?

Only parents who completed a paid consultation can rate it, once. Ratings show without your name. We review every complaint, and repeated problems lead to coaching or suspension of the doctor.

Can a doctor remove a bad review?

No. Doctors cannot edit, hide or pay to remove ratings. We only remove a review that contains personal details or abuse, and we tell the parent why.

How do I delete my account?

Open Hello Doctor, go to Profile → Delete account, and confirm. See Delete your account in Legal for other options.
